Reviralis Complete is a dietary supplement sold as capsules in a white 60-count bottle with a teal label. The label sets one serving at two capsules, so one bottle is 30 servings, or one month.
The front reads "Wholebody Wellness" and "Premium Botanical Formula", with five icons: adaptogens, zinc, botanical fusion, vitamin C and antioxidants. It also says "Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients". The Supplement Facts panel does the real work: it prints 22 vitamin and mineral lines with amounts, then one 661 mg Proprietary Blend of 18 names with no single amounts.
The label never mentions herpes, outbreaks or flare-ups. Those words come from the sales page, which we quote and check further down. Claims vs evidence02
No study has tested Reviralis Complete, and no source we found shows that any dietary supplement prevents or reduces herpes outbreaks. Herpes has no cure, and prescription antivirals are the proven care (CDC, About Genital Herpes).
The sales page speaks of "outbreaks" and "flare-ups" without naming herpes, and its lines are quoted below. The label makes none of them. A supplement sold for a named disease is treated as a drug by FDA, and a disease claim can be implied without naming the disease (FDA, Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements) (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance). Regulators have also warned about products sold online as treatments for sexually transmitted infections (HIV.gov, FDA and FTC Act on Fraudulent HIV and STD Products).
The studies of single supplements are small. Lysine showed no evidence of benefit (Chi 2015, Cochrane: Preventing Cold Sores), and the one zinc trial in herpes tested a cream, not a capsule (Godfrey 2001, Topical Zinc Oxide/Glycine for Cold Sores (Altern Ther Health Med)).
Claims as printed on the sales page (Reviralis sales page); the label makes none of them. Health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence, generally randomized human trials (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).

No. The label prints 40 names: 22 vitamin and mineral lines and 18 blend names. The sales page says "41-in-1" and lists 36 names in its own four steps.
One honest way to reach 41 is to count folic acid twice, because the folate line reads "680 mcg DFE (400 mcg Folic Acid)". We cannot tell how the sales page counts. Press the button to count every name again, or switch the folic acid on.

The label names 40. Teal chips are vitamin and mineral lines with a printed amount; green chips are blend names with no amount.
The folate line prints "680 mcg DFE (400 mcg Folic Acid)", so one honest way to reach 41 is to count folic acid as well. We cannot tell how the sales page counts, and its own list has fewer names than its headline (Reviralis sales page). A count is not a measure of quality: more names do not mean more of any one of them.

The 661 mg blend04
The Reviralis blend is 661 mg per serving of 18 named ingredients with no single amounts. The order they are listed in still limits each one.
Federal rules say blend members must be listed from most to least by weight, and the blend's number is the weight of all of them together (21 CFR 101.36, Supplement Facts Panel). So DMAE bitartrate, listed first, is at least 36.7 mg. L-glutamine, second, can be at most 330.5 mg. Bacopa, fifth, can be at most 132.2 mg, and phosphatidylserine, last, at most 36.8 mg.

The 22 vitamin and mineral lines are the only amounts the label prints. A ring shows each one as a share of the Daily Value, or as a share of the adult upper limit.
A percentage over 100 is not a warning by itself. Vitamin B6 prints 706% of the Daily Value because the daily need is only 1.7 mg, yet 12 mg is about an eighth of the 100 mg upper limit (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6). Tap any ring to read its numbers, then switch to the upper-limit view.

Amounts vs research06
For the names we can compare, no. The studies we found used more per day than one serving of the blend can hold, even if one name took the whole blend.
The bacopa trial used 300 mg a day of standardized extract (Calabrese 2008, Bacopa in Older Adults (J Altern Complement Med)), and the label order caps bacopa at 132.2 mg. Phosphatidylserine is usually taken at 100 to 200 mg (Cleveland Clinic, Phosphatidylserine), and the label order caps it at 36.8 mg. Green tea is the opposite case: its cap of 165.3 mg of extract cannot reach the 800 mg of EGCG tied to raised liver enzymes (MSK About Herbs, Green Tea), though liver injury is not predictable by dose (NCCIH, Green Tea).
That is arithmetic, not a verdict. A studied dose says what was tested, not what works for you, and no study tested Reviralis.
