Federal rules let a maker print one total for a blend and list its members by weight without single amounts (21 CFR 101.36, Supplement Facts Panel). Reviralis does exactly that for its 18 names.

Q: Can we work out the amounts? A: Not exactly. The first name is at least 36.7 mg, and name number n is at most 661 divided by n. DMAE is first at 36.7 mg or more, L-glutamine can hold at most 330.5 mg and phosphatidylserine at most 36.8 mg.

None. The label never mentions herpes, and no source we found shows that any of its ingredients changes how often outbreaks happen.
