How to Read a Supplement Facts Panel: Top to Bottom
To read a Supplement Facts panel, start at the top with the serving size, then servings per container, then each amount and its percent Daily Value, and finish with other ingredients. What do serving size and servings per container tell you?
Serving size is the amount every number below it refers to. Servings per container says how many you get.
On the Reviralis panel, the serving size is 2 capsules and the bottle holds 30 servings. Every amount is for those two capsules, not one. That matters because the pack and the sales page say one capsule a day, while the label says two. We follow the label.
Always multiply back to your own use. If you took half a serving, you would get half of each amount.

How do you read the amounts and percent Daily Value?
Each row gives an amount per serving, and often a percent of the Daily Value.
Percent Daily Value compares the amount with a reference need for most adults. Over 100% is not a danger sign on its own. Vitamin B6 on this label is 12 mg, which is 706% of the Daily Value, yet about an eighth of the 100 mg adult upper limit (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6).

A blend row gives one total for many names, so you cannot read an amount for each.

What are other ingredients?

What does percent Daily Value mean on a supplement?
It compares the amount in one serving with a reference daily need for most adults. A figure above 100% is not automatically unsafe. Compare the amount itself with the adult upper limit where one exists.
Why does a blend row have no percent Daily Value?
